Hi guys,
I have this problem and I hope toghether to you to solve it.
I have a multifunction printer model HP 137fnw and I haven't any fax service configured.
Three days ago due to a mistake I launched a fax transmission instead a print.
Now the machine is blocked in a start loop and when on the display appears this error message:

hp xmemory_initiate faxdial 1196 jmt

the printer automatically restarts and the loop has no end.
The only one thing that I can do is to enter into upload firmware settings using button combo found on web, but despite uploading the firmware (onestly not the latest one but an old version found on the web) I haven't solve the trouble.
Searching on this forum and generally on the web I haven't found a specific discussion abous this topic, it seems that this kind of error is not so popular...
I hope that in this forum there will be someone that already encounter my same problem and perhaps he/she solved it.
I will be very grateful if someone can sharing the solution because with my knowledge I don't know what to do again.
Thank you to all for interest in my post.
