HP OFFICEJET PRO 6960

I have two HP Officejet Pro 6960 printers and both are not feeding the paper through properly - it keeps jamming and when you clear the  jam it feeds through a blank piece of paper automatically. When you try and print again it jams again.

Thought the first printer we had was broken so brought another one and this is doing exactly the same!

Have tried better quality paper in case that was the issue but no joy.

Anybody know how to resolve this? Many thanks
