i am missing the setup cartridges for HP Tango X

I am missing the setup cartridges for my Tango X printer.  How do I complete setup?

HP Recommended

You need to have a new set of normal cartridges and then you have to contact HP tech support for a device specific code that will allow the normal cartridges to be used. Find the number here Phone Assist Worldwide | HP® Official Site
