Hi @Salazar3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out about your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer. We understand your printer works perfectly from your iPhone, but you're unable to print from your Windows 10 (64-bit) desktop—even though both are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Let’s fix this together by ensuring the desktop and printer communicate reliably.

Step 1: Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

  1. Download from: HP Print and Scan Doctor
  2. Launch the tool, select your printer
  3. Let it detect and repair any issues with:
    • Printer queue
    • Connectivity
    • Driver configuration

This tool is built by HP to automatically fix most Windows printing issues.

Step 2: Remove & Reinstall the Printer in Windows

  1. Press Windows + R, type Control Printers, and press Enter
  2. Right-click your OfficeJet Pro 7740 > Remove device
  3. Restart your computer
  4. Visit: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Drivers
  5. Download and install the Full Software and Driver Package for Windows 10 (64-bit)

Step 3: Set the Printer as Default

  1. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners
  2. Click your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
  3. Select Manage > Set as default

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
