Hi @Rafael0525,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet 4630 suddenly stopped working and won't turn on, there could be a few possible reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take.

  • Power Source: Ensure that the printer is properly plugged into a working power outlet. Sometimes, the power cord may become loose or the outlet itself may not be functioning.
  • Power Cord: Check the power cord for any visible damage. If the cord appears damaged or frayed, it may need to be replaced.
  • Power Button: Press the power button firmly and hold it for a few seconds to see if the printer responds. Sometimes, a brief power surge or glitch may cause the printer to freeze.
  • Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer by unplugging it from the power source for about a minute, then plugging it back in. This can help clear any temporary issues.
  • Inspect for Blockages: Check the printer for any obstructions or blockages, particularly around the paper feed area and the cartridge access door. Sometimes, objects or debris can prevent the printer from turning on or operating properly.
  • Test with Another Outlet: If possible, try plugging the printer into a different power outlet to rule out any issues with the original outlet.

By following these troubleshooting steps, you can hopefully identify and resolve the issue with your HP Officejet 4630 not turning on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
