  • When the orange information light is flashing on your HP DeskJet 2720e All-In-One Printer, it usually indicates that there's an issue or condition that needs attention. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
  • Check for Error Messages: Look at the printer's display panel or any connected devices (like your computer) for any error messages that might provide more specific information about the issue.
  • Check Ink or Toner Levels: If applicable, make sure the ink or toner cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink or toner. Low ink levels can sometimes trigger warning lights.
  • Check Paper Jams: Open the printer's access door and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Remove any jammed paper carefully.
  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, and then plug it back in. Turn on the printer and see if the issue persists.
