impossible to print photos on 7134

My printer wont print photos!

I have had this problem from the beginning and have been in contact with support but they appearently cant help me. 
The only tips I got was to clean the small metal plates thats under the photos but that doesnt help. 
I have tried reloading and emptying the papers serveral times but I still get the message that there are no photo papers even thugh I have lots of them in!
I have checked and rechecked that the papers are in correctly. 

I am really upset that I have a photo printer that cant print photos!

1) Are you able to make copies on a regular paper?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

3)What are the size, type, and weight of the paper you are using?

4)What is the exact error you are receiving?

Bonsoir !

Message : charger du papier photo 4X6 pouces dans le bac.

Mais il est chargé !

Il y a eu AVANT des bourrages de papier et des photos imprimées partiellement.

L’imprimante imprime normalement le papier ordinaire depuis le bac A4 principal.

Le bac photo bouge et les cartouches HP aussi, mais rien n’attrape le papier photo10X15 cm quelque soit l’épaisseur.

Les rouleaux sont nettoyés, le pilote et le logiciel sont à jour. 

Même problème depuis HP Smart et Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

J'ai voulu imprimer la conversation avec Ctrl P

Impossible !!!

Message : chargez du Papier ordinaire A4 dans le bac

Maintenant c'est pire !!!

1ère tentative de solution :    paramètres de l'ordinateur

->   Utilitaire de résolution des problèmes d'imprimante

Pas de problème détecté !!!

 

2ème tentative de solution :    HPPSdr.exe

->   HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.2

->   Problème lié à la correspondance des ports résolu.

->   Test d'impression : aucune impression !!!

->   Désinstallation et installation avec la dernière version du logiciel

->   Désinstallation de HP Smart puis installation de HP Smart

->   toujours pareil !!!

 

Je ne vois pas où est le problème, peut-être mécanique ?

Mais l'imprimante est propre et presque neuve. Elle a imprimé des photos pendant peu de temps.

Bonjour !
Merci d'avoir répondu.
Je parle français. Je vais utiliser le traducteur Google.
Mon imprimante HP ENVY 7134 fonctionne de plus en plus mal. Elle est encore en garantie.
Chronologiquement :
1 - Au bout de quelques mois, le papier photo était mal entrainé, les photos étaient toujours imprimées à moitié.
2 - Après quelques semaines, le papier restait bloqué à l'arrière de l'imprimante.
3 - Ensuite je ne pouvais plus imprimer de photos car l'imprimante trouvait, par erreur, le bac photo vide.
4 - J'ai essayé plusieurs épaisseurs de papier photo, pour rien !
J'ai changé les cartouches d'encre HP, pour rien !
J'ai essayé d'imprimer depuis différentes applications, pour rien !
J'ai essayé les utilitaires et applications HP pour résoudre ce problème : aucun résultat !
J'ai nettoyé tous les rouleaux, comme préconisé par HP, mais ils n'étaient pas sales !
J'ai désinstallé HP Smart et ensuite j'ai installé la dernière version.
5 - Et maintenant c'est pire !!! Je ne peux plus imprimer du tout, et copier non plus !
L'imprimante trouve le bac principal papier ordinaire A4 vide, lui aussi.
Je n'y comprends plus rien.

Good morning !
Thank you for answering.
I speak French. I will be using the Google translator.
My HP ENVY 7134 printer is working more and more poorly. It is still in guarantee.
Chronologically :
1 - After a few months, the photo paper was poorly trained, the photos were still half printed.
2 - After a few weeks, the paper was stuck at the back of the printer.
3 - Then I could not print any more photos because the printer found, by mistake, the empty photo tray.
4 - I tried several layers of photo paper, for nothing!
I changed the HP ink cartridges, for nothing!
I tried printing from different apps, for nothing!
I have tried the HP utilities and applications to solve this problem: no results!
I cleaned all the rollers as recommended by HP, but they were not dirty!
I uninstalled HP Smart and then installed the latest version.
5 - And now it's worse !!! I can no longer print at all, and neither can I copy!
The printer finds the A4 plain paper main tray empty, too.
I do not understand anything.
Thanks for your help.

As  this is a hardware issue, I'd recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for service options

 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. Bonjour,

Je suis allée sur le site HP Support Assistant / Contacter l'assistance clientèle (création d'un numéro de dossier) / Demander à HP de m'appeler.

Quelques minutes après, j'ai été appelée par une aimable technicienne.

Après plusieurs tests, conclusion c'est un problème mécanique (peut-être les rouleaux).

L'imprimante va être échangée car elle est encore en garantie.

Portez-vous tous bien !
