HP Help & Support has been no help. The screen is just frozen and I can not touch it to make a choice to print, scan or anything else. it says "your printer is now enrolled in HP instant ink. Your billing cycle will not start until you install your first HP instant ink cartridge into your printer." I've been enrolled for over a year now. it just won't get off that message. I think I just need to replace that screen but don't know if that is possible or where to get one.
