Hi @Thuyvnart,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check for Manufacturer: Ensure the new cartridges are genuine HP cartridges. Non-HP or refilled cartridges might not work correctly with the printer.

Reinstall the Ink Cartridges:

  • Turn on the printer and open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Wait until the carriage stops moving.
  • Remove the ink cartridges and then reinsert them.
  • Ensure that the cartridges are securely in place and properly latched.

Clean the Ink Cartridge Contacts:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Remove the ink cartridges.
  • Using a lint-free cloth slightly moistened with distilled water, gently clean the copper-colored contacts on the ink cartridges.
  • Clean the corresponding contacts inside the printer.

Restart the Printer:

  • Power off the printer and unplug it for at least a minute.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  • Check if the issue is resolved.

Check for Software Updates:

Reset the Printer:

  • Resetting the printer can sometimes resolve cartridge issues.
  • You can perform a factory reset by following instructions in the printer manual or on the HP support website.

I hope this helps.
