Hi @rajivranjan,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP Ink Tank 115 printer is not powering on despite the 22-volt adapter supply being okay, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check the Power Connection

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the power outlet.
  • Try plugging the printer into a different power outlet to rule out an issue with the socket.

2. Inspect the Power Adapter and Cable

  • Even if the adapter appears to be supplying 22 volts, check the power cable for any visible damage or fraying.
  • If possible, test the printer with a different, compatible power adapter.

3. Reset the Printer

  • Unplug the printer from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug the printer back in and attempt to turn it on.

4. Check for a Blown Fuse or Internal Damage

  • Some printers have an internal fuse that could blow if there’s a power surge or another electrical issue.
  • If you are comfortable opening the printer, check the fuse inside the printer near the power supply connection.

5. Examine the Power Button

  • Ensure the power button is not stuck or jammed. Try pressing it a few times to see if it might have a loose connection.

6. Look for Physical Damage

  • Inspect the printer for any signs of physical damage that might affect the internal circuitry, such as moisture exposure, impacts, or burnt components.

7. Consult the User Manual

  • Refer to the user manual for any specific troubleshooting steps related to power issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
