Evening, I am slowly losing my patience with my new 2810 printer, it has worked well for the last 5 weeks and now telling me to replace the black cartridge, new HP cartridge installed, nice test page printed (total waste of ink) alignment done all ok.

But when I try to print anything all my text is intermittent, words are only half printed, photos have blocks missing every so often. So onto HP Smart and printer tools for a cleaning of heads, clean 1 done no better, clean two done no better, clean three done and still the same, looking at the test page now the text is only half (see image attached) I performed another two head cleaning processes and still the same. Just checked the ink status and my black is now at half empty as I have done so many test pages trying to correct this issue, can anyone please give advice what to try next, diagnostics run and states no issues found?
