@veganyan, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Managing Print Queue Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are experiencing delays in printing jobs from your queue, here are some steps and options to manage and potentially resolve this problem using HP printers:

Check Connection Type and Quality:

  • Ensure that the printer is correctly connected to the Wi-Fi network or via a cable.
  • Check for any issues with the network connection that might be slowing down the data transfer to the printer.

Printer Settings:

  • Queue Management:
    • Access the Embedded Web Server or front panel to manage the print queue.
    • Check the print jobs in the queue and manage them accordingly.
    • From the Web server: Go to Settings tab > Device setup > Queue.
    • From the front panel: Select the Queue icon and then Queue Management.
  • When To Start Printing Options:
    • Adjust settings for when to start printing:
      • After Processing: Waits until the whole page has been processed. Slowest but ensures the best quality.
      • Immediately: Prints page as it is processed. Fastest but can result in pauses to process data.
      • Optimized: Printer calculates the best time to start. It's the best compromise between After Processing and Immediately.

Embedded Web Server Management:

  • Information > Jobs Queue:
    • Provides full details on every job and allows you to prioritize, delete, or make extra copies of jobs.
  • Use Embedded Web Server for detailed queue management and to see print job statuses.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
