I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9025. It has a message in the screen that says "output bin full" and won't print even though it has plenty of paper. How can i fix this?

Hi @Sharon6849,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding error on your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Remove Printed Pages

  • Take out any printed pages from the output tray.

Check for Jammed Paper

  • Open the output tray and look for any stuck paper.
  • Gently pull out any jammed sheets.

Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
  • Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
  • Turn the printer on again.

Adjust the Output Tray

  • Make sure the output tray is fully extended and positioned correctly.

Clean the Output Sensor

  • Locate the small sensor near the output bin (usually a black or small plastic lever).
  • Use a soft cloth or compressed air to clean off dust or debris.

Try printing again. If the issue continues, let me know! 😊
