message "Printer failure 0x61000072,. i have the same problum

Hi , My printer not working. the message "0x61000072 printer failure". there is a problem with the printer or ink system. turn the printer off, then on. if you continue to get this message, contact HP. I try few time still the same problem. when i do scanning " The scanner is currently in use. please wait until your previous task is complete and then try scanning again." my printer model is " HP deskjet  ink Advantage 4675". what should i do. ?
