Product: HP officejet 8600 pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I read the article posted on hp community support to fix the error: missing or failed printerhead.  Followed all the steps including unlatching the printerhead latch and wiggling the printerhead three times and removing it to check for paper shards, etc. Still not fixed.  This printer has been nothing but problems since I purchased it.  Since its out of warranty I am not eligible for support. Just frustrated and wondering if anyone has solved the
