Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi have missing or not detected print head issue tried all suggestions brought genuine replacement head using genuine ink cartridges just installed new print head still have same message have turned off power reset printer removed and replaced print head and cartridges multiple times still have same error any other suggestions
