Hey Kirtis1 😁

Thank you for visiting our English HP Support Community. We advise you to post your question in English to insure a quick response for the Community. This can also help other users to take advantage of your post, in the case they have the same question.

Or, if you prefer, you can visit the HP Support website (https://support.hp.com/us-en?openCLC=true), to find the support channel for your region.

You can't change administrator password, but you can reset it to default. But it will reset all other settings to factory defaults.

 Look at this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Lost-admin-password-for-HP-Officejet-Pro-8620/m-p/6559...

1. Press back button 4 times until you see Support menu

2.  Scroll until you see Reset Menu (press right button in thr control panel)

3 Under the resets menu, you will find the  different types of resets, the partial reset, semi-full reset. Select the appropriate type of reset you need, and your Printer should start resetting itself.
