@RameshSubbiah, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I understand your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 printer is only printing in magenta and black, while cyan and yellow are missing, even after running the Clean Printhead utility. Let’s work through this together.

Check Ink Levels

Make sure the cyan and yellow ink tanks are not empty or too low.

  • Open the HP Smart app or printer software on your PC.
  • Go to Estimated Ink Levels.
  • If levels are low, refill the tanks with genuine HP ink.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page

This helps confirm which colors are printing.

  • On the printer control panel, press and hold the Resume/Cancel button (️) until the Power light blinks once, then release.
  • Check if cyan and yellow appear on the page.

Run Deep Printhead Cleaning

Since basic cleaning didn’t help, try a second-level cleaning:

  • Open HP Printer Assistant (search in Windows).
  • Go to Maintain Your Printer > Clean Printhead.
  • If prompted, choose Level 2 Cleaning.

Repeat this up to 2 times, allowing a few minutes between each attempt.

Manually Clean the Printhead (if needed)

If the issue persists, the printhead may be clogged. You can try manual cleaning:

Be cautious while handling the printhead. Use lint-free cloth and distilled water only.

Align the Printhead

After cleaning, align the printhead to ensure proper color output:

  • Go to HP Printer Assistant > Maintain Your Printer > Align Printhead.

Update Printer Firmware

Outdated firmware can cause print quality issues.

If cyan and yellow still don’t print:

  • Try printing from another device (e.g., phone via HP Smart app).
  • If the issue persists, the printhead may need replacement, in that case, please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
