My hp deskjet 3755 will print test page but nothing else

@Peppylapu2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following:

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • How is the printer connected to the MAC?
  • Do you get any errors while printing?

If the printer is able to print a test page, it means the printer hardware is working fine.
