Hi @AngieHarley,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-In-One Printer has stopped printing double-sided, try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Printer Settings

  1. From Your Computer:
    • Open the document you want to print.
    • Go to the Print dialog (usually accessible from the File menu by selecting Print or using the Ctrl+P/Cmd+P shortcut).
    • In the Print settings window, look for an option for "Two-Sided" or "Duplex Printing" and ensure it is selected.
  2. From the Printer Control Panel:
    • On the printer's control panel, navigate to Setup > Print Setup > Duplex and make sure it's enabled.

Update Printer Drivers

Ensure you have the latest printer drivers installed:

  1. Go to the HP Support website.
  2. Enter your printer model (OfficeJet Pro 8025e) and download the latest drivers for your operating system.
  3. Install the drivers and restart your computer and printer.

Check Paper Settings

Incorrect paper settings can cause duplex printing to fail:

  1. In the print dialog, check the paper size and type settings.
  2. Make sure they match the paper loaded in the printer.

Printer Firmware Update

Check if your printer firmware is up to date:

  1. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer.

Clear Printer Queue

Sometimes, a stuck print job can cause printing issues:

  1. Cancel all print jobs from your computer and printer.
  2. Restart the printer.

Reset Printer Settings

Resetting the printer can help resolve configuration issues:

  1. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore.

Print a Duplex Test Page

Print a duplex test page to see if the problem is resolved:

  1. On the printer control panel, navigate to Setup > Reports > Print Quality Report.

HP Smart App

If you are using the HP Smart app:

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Select your printer, and go to the print settings.
  3. Ensure the duplex printing option is selected.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
