my hp envy 5530 will not print or copy..the page come out completely blank.

I am trying to print..and everything is blank. It will not copy either. I have tried the cleaning, removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges..nothing works...still blank.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is printing blank pages and you are facing the same issue when you make a copy.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
