  1. On the control panel, touch the Ink icon.
  2. Check the estimated ink levels.
  3. Refill any tanks that are low on ink.

2. Check Print Settings

Ensure that print settings match your print job requirements.

  • Select the correct paper type.
  • Choose the appropriate print quality setting.
  • Verify Paper Size.
  • Adjust color or black and white settings if needed.

3. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page

Printing a diagnostic page can help identify any issues with the printer.
