my ink level on the inkjet 2620 shows one dot on the colour and the black and white has it run out?

The Ink level indicators show one dot on both the colour and black n white.  It isn't printing anything properly - does this mean the ink has run out?  I have tried everything - cleaning and all the following things it suggests but still no improvement.  Does the one dot mean it's so low that that is why it is not printing properly?

Yes, this could be due to the ink level being low or there could be an issue with the ink or the printer ink system,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
