Hi
I have just tried to install new cartridges, these seem a little larger and are not connecting. Desperate as need to print my holiday documents off.

Hi @LC-24,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that the cartridges of your HP ENVY 5020 All-In-One Printer are larger and not connecting.
If you are referring to instant ink cartridges then Instant ink cartridges will be bigger in size but will surely fit in.
To know how to install it please follow the steps from this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNAdOob1fj4
Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
