I have purchased a new printer, I have set up and registered in the HP smart app. Colour works fine but black cartridge wont communicate with the printer. Tried all the recommended options no good. Hp sent me new ink cartridges the black only worked for four prints and then error, not comminating. HP online just get you to do all the same things. I've cancelled my old HP ink account and registered a new one with this printer" no good" . fell like burning it

I see you need help with the printer, please do not worry. We are here to help you. May I know if are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?

 

In the meantime, you may try the steps mentioned below:

  • Solution one: Remove the black cartridge
  • Solution two: Use genuine HP cartridges
  • Solution three: Check estimated ink levels, and then replace any low or empty cartridges
  • Solution four: Use an automated tool to clean the printhead
  • Solution five: Identify, and then replace the problem cartridge
  • Solution six: Service the printer
