paper came out only blue lineups nothing else and i tried clean printhead and all still not working. is there any way to replacement printer and send me new one?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. It sounds frustrating! Let's try a few more steps to see if we can resolve the issue:

  1. Check Ink Levels: Ensure that all ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Sometimes low ink levels can cause printing issues.
  2. Reinstall Ink Cartridges: Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges to make sure they are properly seated.
  3. Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can usually find the latest drivers on the HP website.
  4. Run a Printhead Alignment: This can sometimes fix issues with print quality. You can usually find this option in your printer's maintenance menu.
  5. Print a Test Page: This can help diagnose if the issue is with the printer or the document you're trying to print.
