Could be a lot of things -- much depends on the software used to submit the print job, whether or not the Full Feature Software for the printer / Operating System is installed -- and whether the settings are correct for the Page Size.
For example, if you select the Media type (kind of paper) and the Paper Size correctly, but you leave the print size (Page Setup) to 30% as opposed to "actual size" or "fit to page", then the printed image / document will be tiny.
