I understand you are getting a slow printing issue, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Reset the printer

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.
-
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

Try to print.
Turn off Quiet mode
Turn off Quiet mode using HP Smart app:

On your computer, open HP Smart.
-
Click your printer, and then click Advanced Settings.
-
Click Settings, and then select Off.
-
Click Save.
