@na1--_, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP All-in-One printer is showing as "Ready" but not printing, even though it previously worked fine with your HP laptop. Let’s walk through some steps to get things working again.

Check Printer Connection

  • USB: Ensure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and laptop.
  • Wi-Fi: Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your printer and laptop to refresh the connection.

Set Printer as Default

  • On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Click your printer > Manage > Set as default.

Clear Print Queue

  • In the same Printers & scanners menu, click your printer > Open queue.
  • Cancel all documents, then try printing again.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

  • Go to HP Support page.
  • Enter your printer model and download the latest full-feature driver.
  • Uninstall the existing printer from Settings > Devices, then reinstall using the new driver.

Check for Windows Updates

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install any pending updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
