HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer prints only one page with the following text:   Printer cannot print. A problem has occured and you will unable to print, exept for the printer reports, until the issue is resolved. To learn more open the HP Smart App or visit www.hpssmart.com and sign in your account.    But there is no information about the error in my account. I've now tried everything, ran the Scan Doc, reinstalled the printer, reinstalled the printer drivers, the error message remains, WiFi works, I have a half-full original printer cartridge. Until a few weeks ago it was still printing perfectly.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately I haven't found the factory setting yet, where can I find it?
