Hello !, 

For the past few days, my printer (Photosmart 7660 / Cartridge 57 Color) has been printing only in red but very readable without scratches.
I unplugged and plugged in the printer again, cleaned the print heads
(by software and by passing a cloth over the copper part of the cartridge),
reset the parameters but I still have the same problem
problem.
I printed a test page, the color bars (Cyan, Magenta and Yellow)
should print but only the colors (Magenta and Yellow) are printed.
I don't have the Cyan color. (The color bars are solid colors without white stripes.)
It also shows me, Color Cartridge: <10% Full. (I have had the cartridge for about 1 year and I don't print much)
Usually when I need to change the cartridge, I start to have white stripes or the printing is not clear
but here, it prints well .... except only in red ...? ?? !!!
Thanks in advance for your advice.

NB: I cannot see by software the ink level of the cartridge (for each color) ??

If you've tried the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-photosmart-7600-printer-series/305363/model/305365/document/..., you may want to buy new ink and test it out.
