Product: HP Pro 8620
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am receiving an error message after I replace cartridges from HP online store - The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.  Firmware has been updated.  I unplugged the printer for one minute and no change.  I bought new cartridges this morning with the same result.  Please help.
