HP Recommended

My HP Envy 6452 E was connected and worked great for a few months.  It does not have a display screen. I have reset it, removed it as a printer and re-added it, and attempted to use the printer's own wifi. I have followed the instructions on the hp smart app and on the website.  It says it is low on ink but I have replaced both cartridges which did not seem low.
