Hi @Tony-Help,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 is continually printing the HP Network Configuration Page, it might be due to an issue with the printer's network settings or a configuration problem.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Network Issues:

  • Ensure that the printer is correctly connected to your network. Check the network settings on the printer to make sure it is connected to the correct network and there are no issues with the connection.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can do this through the printer’s control panel or by visiting the HP support website.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Go to the printer's control panel, navigate to the network settings, and perform a network reset. This will clear any previous network settings and allow you to set up the network connection again.

Check Printer Settings:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the settings menu and look for any options related to printing reports or network configuration pages. Disable or change these settings as needed.

Reconfigure Network Settings:

  • If resetting the network settings does not help, try setting up the network connection again from scratch. Follow the instructions in the printer’s manual or use the HP Smart app to configure the network settings.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure there are no paper jams or issues with the paper feed that could be causing the printer to malfunction.

Factory Reset:

  • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. This will restore the printer to its original settings, so you’ll need to set it up again from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
