line that print blue text at  header area in book format  is shadow printed. was on support for hours an got no fix. Work around is to change color to not blue. replace ink cart. with new one, same problem. Support had me reload drivers with no help , did not change problem. More info. using microsoft 365 Word at the lates level, window 10 with 2004 with all the patches installed.

Ask support if we could go next level, NO level high was his comment. Send me to software support an all they wanted was sales a contract for support, SORRY new printer with NO help in HP??? BAD SUPPORT !!!! 

PS. this doc  PRINTER AOK  on OLD HP 8600 printer!!!!

PRINTER IS CONNECT BY Ethernet cable

system is Microsoft Studio  with 16GM Windows 10 Prof, (64)  Version 2004 at ( build 19041.423)

same config with 8600 printer that NO problem printing DOC.
