@Rouzbeh, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP printer shows it's printing, but nothing actually happens. Let's walk through some steps to get your printer working again.
Check Printer Status
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer or network.
- Look for any error lights or messages on the printer display panel.
Restart Devices
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on after 60 seconds.
Check Print Queue
- On your PC, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select See what’s printing.
- Cancel all pending print jobs.
- Try printing a test page.
Reinstall Printer Drivers
Sometimes, reinstalling the driver can resolve communication issues.
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, and select Remove device.
- Visit the official HP support page to download the latest drivers:
Search for your printer model and install the recommended software.
Check Ink or Toner Levels
- Make sure your printer has enough ink or toner.
- If cartridges are low or empty, replace them and try printing again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
