office jet pro 6968 won't print black.

After the printer showing me that the ink is low, I changed new cartridges for it, but the printer still showed the ink is low. The printer could not print black either. Either printing something from my laptop or printing the report from the printer directly could not print color black. Other colors could show up on the paper, even if the printer said they were in the low ink level, but the contents should be on color black are blank.
I followed the instructions on the HP website to clean printer head, reset the printer, and clean the copper-colored part in the printer, but all of them didn't contribute. The contents should be printed on color black are still blank.

I have had the same problem across four different HP Inkjet Printers of different models. I have tired every step on multiple machines with no success. I have tired every YouTube suggestion. I have disassembled one of them. NOTHING works. I am coming to believe this is a software issue that terminates the printer forcing an early replacement.[EDIT]. This feels like planned obsolescence on the part of HP.

None of that worked. I recycled the machine.
Copy, print and test page. This happened on four different machines.
This support site has hundreds and hundreds of report of this problem. I wish a law firm would bring a class action suit.
