I got sent two sets of set up cartridges. One worked. The second one is giving me an error. Do not use set up cartridges. The model is office jet pro 9015. Thaks

@bjerseyman, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Did HP send you 2 sets of setup ink cartridges?

  • The ink cartridges that go with the printers are setup ink cartridges that are designed to initialize the printer.
  • Once the printer is initialized and the setup ink cartridge is empty/low, you will have to use regular HP ink cartridges and not the setup ink cartridges again.
