office jet pro 9015 stuck on setup cartridges screen. says to use new cartridges.

i bought this printer new. installed the ink cartridges and the printer started its alignment and froze jamming paper. i removed the jam and after unplugging and plugging back in the printer just comes to a screen same new unused cartridges must be used.

  • What is the exact error?
  • Are you using the ink cartridges that came with the printer?
  • Does it ask to use the Setup ink cartridges?

If yes, I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
