Our officejet print shadows after changing black cartridge.
Cleaning, alligning, new cartridges,reinstalling drivers, hard reset, ...
It only happens when printing from android devices, from pc is fine, copies are fine and test pages are fine to.
When printing only with one cartridge only black or only color everything is fine.
I read another post with the some problem. He was adviced to connact hp but he had no more warranty. But the support send him a private message to help him and escalate the problem with hp. I have the same issue can someone do this for me?

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
