HP Recommended

I have done everything I know to get tray 2 error to go away to no avail. It keeps saying the tray is open and it is not at all open. please advise. firmware is up to date. printer paper quality is fine. I've taken paper out and put back in. I've unplugged the machine and waited a few minutes. nothing is working.
