HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer

officejet pro 9013 won't send multiple fax pages over 3 pages. It stops in the middle of the 4th page and that is that. Nothing is sent. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? The machine is still iunder warranty. I have tried a reset. Removing the printer and setting up again . Fax test had no errors.  No problem with scanning and copying multiple pages. I have tried something. It was stopping in the middle of the 4th page. I changed the resolution from fine to standard and inow stops in the middle of the 5th page. Is it a buffer memory problem? Thanks

25.3.2024: I have been talking to hp support and they diagnosed that the problem is probably a fault with the phone line. I contacted my phone provider and they indeed found a problem which they promptly fixed and now there is no problem with faxes over 3 or 4 pages. So if you have this problem  and a fax test is good it is probably the phone line.
