Message says thank you for installing your hp ink cartridge don’t forget to recycle your used cartridge at hp instant ink .com with a ok button. The ok button doesn’t work to clear the screen.. I reboot it 3 times and the same message comes up. Ok button no matter how many times you press it it doesn’t work. Thx u

I'd like to help!

 

I understand the printer is stuck on the " instant ink cartridges installed" message.

 

Could you remove the cartridges and check the error?

Do you have another set of ink cartridges with you?

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
