The printer only prints the top part of the document. Is there an adjustment or something I am missing?

Hi @Jhdm,

I'd like to help!

To better assist you -

  • What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
  • What is paper type and size?
  • Are you able to make copies using the printer?

Try the below suggestions-

Install the HP Smart app and set up the printer, refer to -Install and Use the HP Smart App

Change print settings on your iOS or iPadOS device.

  1. On the HP Smart app home screen, tap a Print or Scan tile.

  2. Select or scan the document or photo you want to print.

  3. Tap Edit.

  4. Tap icons at the bottom of the screen to change print settings such as number of copies, color options, or page size.

  5. When you are ready to print, tap Done to save the changes and return to the Preview screen, and then tap Print.

or you may try Printing with Apple AirPrint

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
