HI @bkreck,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The OXB883BFB4 error code on your HP DeskJet 4655 printer typically indicates a connectivity issue, often related to network settings or configuration problems. Here are some steps to help you resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting Steps

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and that other devices can connect to it.

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it. Restart your Wi-Fi router. Once the router is back online, plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Reset Network Settings on Printer:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Defaults. This will reset the network settings.

Reconfigure Wireless Setup:

  • Use the printer's control panel to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. Follow the prompts to enter your Wi-Fi SSID and password.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart App on your smartphone or computer. Use it to set up the printer and connect it to your network.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check for any available firmware updates for your printer. You can do this via the HP Smart App or HP's website.

Check Firewall Settings:

  • Ensure that your network's firewall or security settings are not blocking the printer's connection. You may need to check router settings or temporarily disable security features.

Temporary USB Connection:

  • If wireless setup continues to fail, consider connecting the printer to your computer via USB temporarily to complete the setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
