Product: HP officejet pro 6978

I have a paper jam behind the ink cartridge. I have no idea how to get to this section of the printer. I desperately need to use my printer.  

Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

@MJL125, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand there is a paper stuck in the ink cartridge access area. Kindly refer to the steps mentioned in this document to remove the jammed paper -  A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

Note: You may use a tweezer to remove the paper

 

Once the paper is removed, make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

Try printing.
