Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am at the end. My HP Envy 120 has performed will for years. Now I’m getting a paper mismatch error with simple print jobs out of email, excel, word. Doesn’t matter. I have only letter paper. i’ve checked for paper jam debris, cleaned the rollers. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times trying both the HP installer and the Windows Add Printer installer, different ports. I’ve reset the printer. Has the printer died?
