paper size mismatch error

Hi, I bought the HP Smart Tank 530 printer a month ago and since it was bought there has been a paper size mismatch error everytime when printing. The correct paper size is loaded, the correct paper size is selected on the program I want to print from. This is very frustrating.

Hi @crismeg 

Please remove any paper from the back input tray, close the tray and slide the paper gude to the left.

Open and lock the input tray as shown on the shown video:

Slide the paper slides to the right to support the paper and check for any change.

Press and hold the resume (down arrow) button till it lits, then press it again to print an internal Self-Test report:

May you see a page printed as expected or getting any blinking light pattern as a result?

Assuming the self-test report is printed, ,may you see any difference when printing from your device or getting any similar error?
