@strambo, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following:

  • What model printer are you using?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Keep me posted.

The model of printer is officejet 4500 G510g.

If I try printing PDF or Webpages or excel there is a trouble, no problem using Word.

Wnen I align the cartridges the print is ok.

Have you tried making a copy on the printer and check if the issue persists?

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

Check estimated ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Clean the ink cartridges

  1. Load plain, white paper into the input tray.

  2. Press Setup.

  3. Select Tools, and then select Clean Cartridge.

Print a diagnostic report, and then evaluate the results

  1. Press the Setup button on the printer control panel.

  2. Press the Right Arrow button to select Print Report, and then press OK.

  3. Press the Right Arrow button to select Print Quality, and then press OK. Check for the shadows.

Try printing from the computer.

Let me know how this goes.

Did you try making a copy and check if the shadows persist?

Uninstall the printer driver and install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Let me know how this goes.

I couldn't install the printer from Windows built-in driver,

anyway i could do it from support.HP.com

The printer is working but i didn't solve the problem, the shadows are still printed.

What can I do?

@strambo

If you have tried the steps from the document - Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue either with the ink cartridge or the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
