poor printer colour and quality

Officejet 7612
macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi Guys,  i am having trouble with the colour quality of my printer, along with the, what seems random, drop in print quality also.

The colours all seemed very washed out and when performing a printer test, the yellow in particular come out very dark and muddy, this all leads to a general dullness with my prints. im not sure what to do, i have performed many printer head cleaning cycles of all the levels, plus multiple head alignments. I have also bought 2 new sets of ink cartridges, both official HP ones, and no fix. and i deas what i can do to fix this or next step in getting my printer fixed, i live in london!!!

honestly i want rid of this printer, its more hassel than its worth, so any good options for selling or repair then selling it would be gratley appreciated

Hi @greenfly,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
